The place was amazingly beautiful. I got an iced mocha which was properly made and also had nice decorations and some pancakes with chocolate on the side and some strawberries which were indeed the best pancakes I've ever had in my life. I got served by a nice and professional girl with blonde hair that served me with a beautiful smile. I'd recommend this place without a doubt, 10/10
Really enjoyed lunch here. Staff were very attentive and efficient. Food was really good. Not overly expensive. Next door is the Highlane Gallery. Which is also worth a visit.
We had the potato hash and the veggie breakfast, and both were absolutely delicious. The food was so tasty and hit the exact spot. The café itself has a really lively atmosphere with plenty of space, so you never feel cramped while eating. Top-notch service from the staff, too! Honestly, this place is worth every visit. Already looking forward to coming back and having food here again.
I didn't understand the establishment's policy. I went in intending to consume something, as I had been there a few times before. This time I entered with a cup of coffee, a sealed cup from another place that was still full and I didn't want to throw it away, but one of the waitresses called my attention to it and informed me that her manager had asked me to throw it away or keep my coffee in my bag!
I said I wasn't going to throw it away and that there was no way I could put a coffee cup in the bag where it would fall out, totally unprepared for this situation, and I found this request completely inconsiderate! So I said I was going to leave a Google review about the situation! She said go ahead! Seconds later she said why would she? In other words, instead of trying to resolve the situation and help me, she was sarcastic and said it was the manager's order and she couldn't do ANYTHING! What kind of training do these people receive? I don't like leaving bad reviews, but when necessary I do! Bad service should be exposed for the improvement of the place. I had already left a very good review on the cafe, but after this situation I really don't recommend it. My friend and I were totally embarrassed! Anyway, I won't be back, and I don't recommend it!
I visited 5 Good Things Café today for brunch, and it truly lived up to its name! I tried the chocolate pancake, fluffy pancake, and chicken tenders—all absolutely delicious. The pancakes were light and satisfying, and the chicken pandas were bursting with flavor.
The cold-pressed orange juice was refreshing and full of natural sweetness—definitely a highlight. The coffee, while a bit too strong for my taste and not as creamy as I prefer, still had a rich aroma.
What really made the experience special was the environment. The café is bright, vibrant, and filled with natural light thanks to its open roof design. On a sunny day, the sunlight pours in and lights up the entire space beautifully. The kitchen looked spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall impression of quality.
I’m already looking forward to my next visit—especially to try the avocado egg, which looked absolutely tempting from a distance!
